The Spanish Inquisition Courts REINVENTED
More than NINE BILLION dollar (See: DOJ Report page-89) were confiscated by the United States Government in 2012 under the so-called "forfeiture", and the majority of the fund sourced in alleged Conspiracy cases. Money taken from people in he so-called "Forfeiture" constitute about thirty-five percent (35%) of the entire DOJ budget for that year. The government budget is built-upon the expectation of seizing an average of of $8 to $9 Billion Dollar per year in order to meet its budgetary needs to cover more than Sixty-Percent (60%) of certain budget category such as "Law Enforcement Officers retirement Fund" as an example. Should you ever question what the government funds SIXTY-TWO percent of its police retirement fund from forfeited and seized assets. The answer is simple; by doing that they are unleashing their law-enforcement officers to do "WHATEVER IT TAKES" to cause the taking of people's assets; the untold order to the US Law enforcement will simply say, cause the forfeiture of people's money in order to secure your own retirement!
The taking of defendant's monies and assets through accusations of conspiracy is an old mechanism used by tyrants since the beginning of time. In medieval time the taking process was further evolved and given the appearance of legitimacy by getting some sort of a "Court" involved, Henry the Eight built all of his palaces by killing and taking the money of the wealthiest of his people on alleged conspiracies against him. Ferdinand the II of Arogan, financed his bankrupt country through the forfeiture of money from Jews and Muslims through the infamous Spanish Inquisition Courts; The United States has surpassed all of history's tyrant in taking down opponents and seizing their wealth through the misuse of its Conspiracy law.
It is NEVER about justice, Money is all that the government wants

Clearly, it is such an easy task for the government to make anyone a party to any alleged conspiracy, and with that reality in hand, this is how the Conspiracy Law is being used in the United States as tool of oppression to force people into submission to the will of the government, and for dismantling any possible cohesion among people. Here how that works; let's ask What if an individual deemed a part of an alleged Conspiracy wants out...can such an individual withdraw from the Conspiracy? The government says, YES, sure can ... but here's how
Just as the law recognizes that a person can join an on-going conspiracy, the law also recognizes that an individual may withdraw from a Conspiracy prior to its completion. Withdrawal from a Conspiracy requires more than simply no longer participating. To withdraw from a Conspiracy, there are two basic requirements: First: the person must do some affirmative act inconsistent with the goals of the Conspiracy. Unless the co-conspirator can demonstrate that he quit the Conspiracy, his or her participation in the Conspiracy is presumed to continue. Second: the co-conspirator must do some affirmative act that is reasonably calculated to communicate to a fellow co-conspirator, or law enforcement, that he has withdrawn from the Conspiracy.
Meaning, you are forced to tell the government about others, you will spy and snitch on others, just as it was in the Soviet Union; or else, you are part of a "Conspiracy."
